Per GMC parts books, (and what I can determine), this fits: 

1956 GMC Truck "X" series models (100, 150, 250, 300, 350, 370,1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, 1 ton, suburban, panel)


*May fit later years?? Possibly 1963 and 1964 per internet search?? My parts book is a 1958 edition and I'm not an expert at understanding the GMC parts book...


Has "Delco Remy" logo on switch, and "530" stamp. Comes in original parts box with part number (no top)
