I do not know the exact p/n or application but it was in the same box as another package with 3766206 which had application for 60's series 50 and 60 BIG heavy duty trucks.
I DO NOT KNOW SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS - see photos and dimensions and check your parts resources. If you do have info on what this fits, please let me know!!!
~~ Measures approx 6-1/2" long x 3-1/2" wide; has 4 mounting holes (each side hole is 3-3/4" apart and the horizontal ones are about 2-5/8" apart)
