1954 - 1955 (1st design) Chevrolet Truck models
**Has "GUIDE F1A-54" on front and "5942151" on back edge of the lenses
**Both lenses are in excellent condition with no major imperfections, chips, scuffs, cracks, etc. THERE IS A VERY SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN SHADE OF COLOR - one being slightly darker, but not too noticeable with a light source.
**Comes with one original GM box with part number
