Per Chevrolet parts books, fits:
1974 Chevrolet Malibu and Laguna models
Has a minor crack on the side of the housing - see photos 14 & 15. I don't think it compromises the integrity of the lens and wont be visible once installed. Can probably be reinforced if desired.
