Per Chevrolet parts books, fits:
1968 Chevrolet Biscayne and Impala (non SS) models ONLY
**Has "Guide" and casting numbers 5959827 and 5959828 on the lenses. Has the correct trim ornament for Bel Air and Impala models
**One of the lenses has a stabilization tab broken - but I think it should still work fine once screwed in and placed in the bumper slot. See photo 7
