**Lenses have "Guidex" logo and "GUIDE 15S SAE STD68" cast into the front of the plastic on the tail lens, "GUIDE 15S SAE BR68" on the backup lenses
Come in original GM boxes with part numbers on it (3). The fourth box has passed its time and only the part number flap has survived.
