1973-1980 Chevrolet Truck models (TRULY CORRECT for 1975-80 models only... prior years were Amber but it is the same exact lens and can be used on earlier trucks before '75)
*Has "GUIDE 1T SAE IP 73" and "R" on the front and part numbers 5957726 on the lens back.
Comes in box with writing on it
